Directions to Bodytalk Westport

From 95 North:

Take exit 17. Turn left at light (Riverside Ave.) and proceed about 1 ¼ miles to Route 1 (Post Road). Turn right at light and go ½ mile . Playhouse Sq. Shops is on the left. There is a traffic light at the entrance. Turn left into the center.

From 95 South:

Take exit 18 (Sherwood Island Connector). Bear right and proceed about one mile to Route 1 (Post Road). Turn left at the light and go about one mile to Playhouse Sq. Shops on the right. There is a traffic light at the entrance. Turn right into the center.

From Merritt Pkwy North:

Take exit 42. Turn left at the light (Route 57) and bear right to the next light (N. Compo Road ), turn left and proceed about 1.2 miles to Route 1 (Post Road) . Turn right onto Route 1. Playhouse Sq. Shops are a couple of hundred yards on the right. There is a traffic light at the entrance. Turn right into the center.

From Merritt Pkwy South:

Take exit 42. Turn right at light (Route 57). Go through the next light and bear right to the next light (N. Compo Rd.), turn left and proceed about 1.2 miles to Route 1 (Post Road). Turn right onto Route 1. Playhouse Sq. Shops are a couple of hundred yards on the right. There is a traffic light at the entrance. Turn right into the center.
